One team, from the first message

What we take care of, so you do not have to

Planning a wedding from another country is mostly a question of trust: you need someone in Rio who answers you, knows the city and runs the day. That is the job we do for couples coming from abroad.

  • Planning for every day of the celebration

One plan for the whole weekend: the overall schedule, supplier curation, alignment meetings and a running order for each day.

  • An English-speaking planner and coordinator at every event

The person coordinating your day speaks English, so anything that matters goes through someone you can talk to directly.

  • A concierge for you and your guests

Itineraries, guest information, restaurant and tour suggestions and help with reservations, so your guests enjoy Rio as well as the wedding.

  • Transfers

Executive cars and vans, routes, timings and meeting points planned for every event, with the team present at each departure.

  • Hotels for your guests

A curated shortlist of up to three hotels — essential, mid-range and luxury — with a room map for your guests. Hotel nights are paid by the guests.

  • A weekend, not just a day

Welcome drinks, the wedding and an after party, run by the same team from the first evening to the last.

You choose the ceremony

Three places to say yes, one party

The ceremony can happen in our garden, at the foot of Christ the Redeemer or on the sea at Grumari. The party is always at Além do Sonho.

  • An open-air ceremony on the estate: the couple at an arch of white flowers in front of a wall of tropical forest, guests seated on both sides under a sky of small clouds.

In our garden, among the palms

An open-air ceremony on the estate, with a covered space ready as the rain plan. The party follows a few steps away.

  • Christ the Redeemer seen from behind on the summit of Corcovado at sunrise, arms open over Rio de Janeiro, with Sugarloaf Mountain, Guanabara Bay and the city below in a golden haze.

    At Christ the Redeemer

Say your vows at the foot of Christ the Redeemer, in the early morning, with Sugarloaf Mountain and Guanabara Bay below you. An add-on, quoted separately.

  • A ceremony set up on the grass above Grumari beach: rattan chairs in two blocks, a sandy aisle edged with tropical flowers, a draped flower arch and the blue sea behind.

    At Grumari beach

Say your vows in a private garden on the edge of Grumari beach, one of the best-preserved beaches in Rio de Janeiro, protected as an environmental reserve, with the sea behind you, the sound of the waves and the late-afternoon light. An add-on, quoted separately.

The photographs of Christ the Redeemer and Grumari show ceremonies held there. They are not from a past package.

Where the party happens

Weddings on our estate

A garden estate of 50,000 m² of Atlantic Forest inside the city of Rio de Janeiro, in Ilha de Guaratiba, with ceremonies among the palms, a glass-roofed pavilion, a covered hall for the rain plan and a pool terrace for the party.

In October 2025 a wedding on this estate printed its menu in Portuguese and Italian, for the Italian side of the family.

  • A bride and groom at the altar under an arch of greenery and white flowers, the officiant in gold vestments beside them and the late sun shining through the palms.
  • A bride seen from behind on a white aisle lined with white hydrangeas, walking towards an arch of white flowers, wooden chairs on both sides and tropical forest behind.
  • A bride standing under a glass-roofed pavilion with tall white sculpted columns and draped fabric, white flowers along the aisle and green planting behind.
  • A bride in a voluminous ruffled gown seen from behind, facing a ceremony set in a circle on the lawn, ringed with pink and white flowers.
  • A bride seen from behind in front of the cake and sweets table, set on wooden furniture with white flower arrangements under hanging lights.
  • A bride and groom embracing on the lawn, her long veil and train spread across the grass, a wall of tall tropical trees behind them.
  • A bride in a ruffled gown on the white steps of the tropical garden, a large banana-leaf palm above her and clipped hedges in front.
  • A bride seen from behind at the top of stone steps, facing an empty ceremony set with white flowers and wooden chairs, under palms and bamboo.
  • A wide view of a ceremony on the estate: the couple at the white flower arch, guests seated in front, the forest and a sky of small clouds above.
  • The aisle of the glass-roofed pavilion, with a bride at the far end between sculpted white columns, white flowers along both sides of the aisle.
  • A bride holding a bouquet of white flowers alone on the lawn, her train spread on the grass, dwarfed by the tall forest behind her.
  • A ceremony aisle set up on the estate before the guests arrive, lined with flowers and chairs, under the trees.

The question to ask any venue abroad

In English, and honest about where

Write to us in English on WhatsApp, at any hour. The first reply comes from Fernanda, our virtual assistant, and the planning conversation can continue there in English, all the way to your written quote.

On the day, the planner and coordinator running your events speak English. The kitchen, bar, security and technical crews work in Portuguese, as they do almost everywhere in Brazil, so anything that matters goes through your coordinator.

Three steps

How it starts

  1. Message us on WhatsApp, in English. Tell us your preferred date, roughly how many guests, and where you would like the ceremony.
  2. Get your written quote. We confirm the date is free and send the proposal, in US dollars. The three-day package starts from US$ 40,000 (60 guests).
  3. See the estate, if you want to. In person, or on a live video tour. Dates are held with a formal reservation before the contract.

Questions couples ask us first

Do you plan weddings for couples who live outside Brazil?

Yes, that is exactly what this team is set up to do. We plan the whole celebration with you from abroad, run every event on the day, and look after your guests while they are in Rio: transfers, a hotel shortlist and a concierge for restaurants and tours.

Do you speak English?

Yes. Write to us in English on WhatsApp, at any hour; the first reply comes from Fernanda, our virtual assistant, and the planning conversation can continue there in English. Where can the ceremony take place?

In the garden of our estate, at Christ the Redeemer or in a private garden on Grumari beach. The party is always on our estate. The two outside ceremonies are add-ons, quoted separately for your date, and the Sanctuary’s rules for Christ the Redeemer are confirmed before anything is booked.

How much does a destination wedding with you cost?

Our three-day package — welcome drinks, the wedding and an after party, with planning — is priced in US dollars, from US$ 40,000 (60 guests). Hotel nights are not included. Your quote is confirmed in writing for your date.

Do we have to come to Rio before the wedding?

No. Most of the planning happens on WhatsApp. If you want to see the estate first, you can book a visit in person or a live video tour.
