- Hotel nights are not included: your guests book and pay for their own rooms, choosing from the hotels we shortlist. Guest transfers are an add-on: vans between the hotels and every event, US$ 6,000 for the weekend.
- Flights: each guest books and pays for their own.
- A ceremony at Christ the Redeemer: an add-on from US$ 21,000, including transport to the summit, quoted separately. How it works.

- Everything else for the day — menu, bar and any other supplier — is itemised and confirmed in your written proposal.

There is no reliable published average: a wedding in Brazil can be anything from a registry office to a three-day celebration, and figures quoted online mix the two. What we can give you is our own price for couples coming from abroad: the three-day package in Rio de Janeiro is from US$ 40,000 (60 guests), plus US$ 550 for each additional guest. Yes: 60 guests, which the base price covers. Many destination weddings here mix guests who fly in with family and friends already in Brazil.
